     Payson Schwin is a Research Associate at the Center for American Progress, and helps to produce the Progress Report and ThinkProgress.org. Payson earned his bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard College. Before joining the Center, Payson worked for Joe Lieberman's presidential campaign, Tom Daschle's reelection campaign, and Senator Bayh's Capitol Hill office.
